Influenster Refresh VoxBox
Its that time again..another VoxBox to review! I get some pretty amazing stuff through Influenster and the best part is that the products they send me are absolutely FREE! Who doesn't love Free?!
The Refresh VoxBox was by far my biggest VoxBox yet. I was amazed at how many products were packed neatly inside the box. This VoxBox couldn't have come at a better time become after the very stressful holidays, I needed something to help me wind down. The Refresh VoxBox promised to rejuvenate and revamp my daily routine. Inside my VoxBox was two bags of Beanitos chips, a Skinny Girl nutrition bar, a coupon for a free Orgain Organic Nutritional Shake, a full size Covergirl Ultra Smooth Foundation, L'Occitane Shea Butter Light Comforting Cream, Montagne Jeunesse Black Seaweed peel off mask, Listerine Pocket Paks, and DenTek Flossers. Tons and tons of goodies right?!
The Beanitos chips were awesome. I didnt think I'd like them because I'm NOT a bean fan at all. The nacho cheese flavored were my favorite. You would not know that you were eating beans! Beanitos are jammed packed with fiber and protein and done so naturally. NO preservatives and they're NON GMO and Gluten FREE.
The Skinny Girl nutrition bar was delicious as well. If you are looking for a daily treat without eating something that tastes like cardboard, then you should try the Skinny Girl nutrition bars. One bar is enough to hold me over and satisfy my hunger without the extra calories.
The Orgain Shake was a little tricky for me. I received a coupon for a free shake which meant that I had to get it myself which was NOT an easy task. The closest place that sold them was a 45min ride. I wasn't going to go that far but I eventually did because I had some place I needed to be on that side of town. The Orgain Shakes are certified organic which are high in protein and were actually created by a Dr. The shake I chose was chocolate and from beginning to end it was really good.
The Covergirl Ultra Smooth Foundation was OK. Its made to help cover up our little/fine (but very annoying) facial hair and imperfections. Its made with innovative Olay Serum and came with a little pink rubbery applicator. At first it was really awkward to use. We're all used to slathering our foundation on with our hands and a brush so when I saw the applicator pad is was definitely in for it. Once I did it a few times I did get the hang of it. The foundation itself did really well at covering up imperfections and looked even. I didn't like how the foundation seemed to gather up around my eyebrows and such but the foundation stays put throughout the day until YOU remove it which itself is awesome.
L'Occitane Shea Butter Light Comforting Cream is my favorite product in my Refresh VoxBox. I had never even heard of L'Occitane before receiving the L'Occitane Comforting Cream. The stuff is absolutely amazing! It comes in a little tiny jar and runs around 25$ for that little jar so I knew that I didn't need much of it. I apply a TINY bit to my face every night after washing my face and climb into bed. The cream is non greasy and is made with 5% Shea Butter! I have combination skin and the cream keeps my face soft and smooth all day. I like to think of L'Occitane Comforting Cream as my heaven in a jar because it truly is heavenly.
The Montagne Jeunesse Black Seaweed Peel Off Masque was interesting! I have tried a facial masque before and boy was it messy! I actually prepared myself that because of the very black colored seaweed masque I'd probably have a big mess. I couldn't believe how easy it was to apply. The single packets they come in is a huge help because your not digging into a jar getting product therefore making a mess. After about 5 minutes of applying it I started to feel it drying on my face. I walked through the house to sit in my favorite chair and everyone started laughing at me because my face really was super black. I sat back relaxing and actually felt myself drifting off to sleep. I almost didn't want to get up after my 20min was up to remove it because I was in heaven. Tempo the masque was super easy. I'm not sure if you did but it reminded me of when I was a kid filling my hands full of glue and peeling it off when it dried... The masque was pretty much exactly like that only I got the masque off in one piece! My face felt really soft and smooth and my pores were so clean. The Montagne Jeunesse masques are a great way to detox your skin and do so naturally.
Listerine Pocket Paks have always been a product that I keep in my purse for quick breath freshups. One little strip will freshen up your breath faster than anything out there. They dissolve instantly and kill about 99% of bad breath germs giving me a fresh and healthy mouth.
The final product is the DenTek flossers. I keep flossers in my car and pursue because they are small enough to keep anywhere. They are way better than regular floss and they are gentle on my gums.
So do I feel Refreshed after using products that came in my Refresh VoxBox? You betcha! I really enjoyed every product and even more, the way I felt after using them. I am a Refreshed woman who is ready for anything that life has to offer!
