Seventh Generation Automatic Dishwashing Gel Review
I have tried many different dishwasher detergents and have only found one that I actually liked. If I find one that gets stuck on foods completely clean, it leaves spots. If I find one that doesn't leave spots, it doesn't clean my dishes completely.. The struggle is real! I had finally found one that did what I needed it to however, I can't help but think what kind of impact that dishwasher has on the environment and my family.
Seventh Generation has many different products including cleaning products. The products are natural, and have absolutely no harsh fumes. I was given the opportunity to try the Seventh Generation Automatic Dishwashing Gel through the Generation Good community for free in exchange for my unbiased review. I was a little leery about a natural product being strong enough to get my dishes as clean as possible but I have been satisfied with other Seventh Generation Products so I had confidence that it would be a great product. I received a full size bottle of the lemon scented Dishwashing Gel so I could use it for a few weeks to see the results fully. The very first thing I noticed was the light, pleasant scent of lemon, not an overwhelming scent of chemicals that I have experienced with other brands. I loaded up the dirty dishes and filled the soap dispense with the appropriate amount of Dishwashing Gel and patiently waited for the cycle to complete. I personally prefer to let my dishes air dry instead of wasting more electricity heat drying my dishes. From glasses to pots and pans that were left from our lasagna dinner, each and every dish came out perfectly clean. Spots? Forget about it, there wasn't a spot to be found! Clean dishes the first time, no spotting, AND I can feel good about using the products because it's natural and made by Seventh Generation! I can now have the best of both worlds, clean dishes without a negative impact on the environment or my family.
