Review of Nutro Rotations Dog Food
I have a very tiny maltese, Bella,who can't go long without eating and can't afford any type of stomach issues as she'll get really sick. She is a picky eater and has been since the day I got her 5 years ago. I went through a lot when first bringing her home in finding a dog food that she will eat and won't cause her to have digestive issues. Once I found a dog food that she liked, I stuck with it. I have heard about so many different brand of dog food that I would have liked for her to try, but did not want to go through all that I did in the beginning.
The name Nutro Dog brand of dog food is a new name for me that I had never heard of before seeing it on Crowdtap. I learned about the brand and really liked what I was learning. The most important thing about them to me was that they grow and process their own ingredients that goes into their products. Now I know if you have any pet,you know about the issues in some brands getting their ingredients from weird,unknown parts of the WORLD. Nutro Dog knows exactly where EVERY ingredient that is in their products came from and that is extremely important to me.
Nutro Dog and Crowdtap sent Miss Bella some samples of Nutro Dogs Rotations Dog food to try for free. After learning everything that I did about the Nutro brand, I felt comfortable about feeding it to Bella but with her being the picky eater that she is, I worried that she wouldn't even try it. The Rotations Dog food is the same yet different. It's a change in recipes that makes the Rotations different so my dog can have the same food with a change in flavor and I can feel confident she wont have tummy issues. All of the Rotations Dog food that I received have meat as the main ingredient and its 100% REAL meat. Bella received the Rotations lamb and potatoes recipe, (made with REAL lamb), the chicken and brown rice (made with REAL chicken), and the salmon and barley recipe, (again REAL salmon). I like that I will be able to feed her the same food yet give her some variety without causing the headaches that goes along with changing up of food. The food smells really good to me. You can really smell good ingredients. The Nutro Rotations also has some vitamins and minerals that every dog should have.
The day had finally come to offer Miss Picky Bella some of her Nutro Dog Rotations and I offered her the lamb first because her regular food was lamb. She usually grazes on her food throughout the day so when I put it down I honestly didn't think she'd go running right to her bowl. I don't know whether it was that it was something new or she too could smell those ingredients but that pup went to that bowl and started eating it right away! I have had her for 5 years and she has never ever done that! She ate a lot of it then and the rest that evening, by then I KNEW Nutro Dog Rotations was a hit. I fed her the salmon next next and again, she ate it. She has tried all of the varieties and liked every single one. My next question was, "Is it going to give her diharrea?" Without sparing you all the details, I'll just say that was an absolute NO. She has been eating it for over a week now and has not had one change in her digestive system. I really feel good about the Nutro Dogs Rotations. I feel good feeding my dog a nutritious,Healthy, NATURAL Dog food that doesn't upset her tummy!
